Had an eye test recently and the result was me needing reading glasses. Old age kicking in as I have never needed glasses before.
Being new territory for me, the staff at Specsavers were very helpful with me picking the frames and the fitting of the lenses. They turned my apprehension into a pleasant experience which I am very grateful for.

Whilst over from the UK visiting friends recently, I managed to break my glasses - why I only took one pair with me I don't know?! I visited this store upon the recommendation of my friend and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. 100% professionally cared for at Specsavers Smithfield by all staff and the Optometrist. My dry eyes were acknowledged and I was given very helpful advice. My new glasses are very comfortable and I am experiencing very clear vision. Thankyou to all for your professional, thorough, polite service.
Spec-savers at Smithfield was very professional, friendly and clear consultation, as I am Indigenous. Am awaiting my new specs, as I do not live in Cairns. Of this I was advised it would be posted to me and would take 2weeks the most. I am satisfied with my visit there.

Went into the Smithfield store to have an eye test . It was an amazing experience from start to finish Emma was very helpful and professional from the testing to helping me choose my frames etc. Highly recommend Emma and a big shoutout to the Optometrist and Manager who go above and beyond.

Never been so rudely treated in all my life. The Optician was grumpy and I will never buy from specsavers again. They have cut my real comments on his insulting behaviour out.
